This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Organize Entegre Matbaacılık San.Tic.A.Ş. ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") who makes a purchase through www.oemcuphoreca.com ("Website"). This Agreement is regulated within the framework of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer:
Customer who makes a purchase through the Website. The address and contact information declared by the Buyer at the time of ordering are taken as basis.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's Website.
3. Product and Service Information
3.1. Products
- The type and kind of products, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method and basic qualities are as stated on the Website.
- The sales price of the products, including all taxes, can be seen on the order summary page.
3.2 Services
- The Seller may offer various services through the Website. The scope, fee and other details of these services will be specified on the Website.
4. Order and Payment
4.1. Order Procedures
- When the Buyer completes his order on the Website, he is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
- The payment process must be completed in order for the order to be processed.
4.2. Payment Methods
- Payment can be made by one of the methods specified on the Website (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery Time
- Products will be shipped within 7-14 business days from order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the courier company's policy and delivery address.
5.2. Delivery Terms
- Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form.
- If the Buyer is not at the specified address during delivery, action will be taken according to the instructions given by the cargo company.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Withdrawal Period
- The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the product.
6.2. Use of the Right of Withdrawal
- Products that are to be returned using the right of withdrawal must be unused and undamaged.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the right of withdrawal in writing or by e-mail.
6.3. Returns within the Scope of the Right of Withdrawal
- The shipping costs of products returned using the right of withdrawal are covered by the Buyer, unless the product is faulty or defective.
- The cost of returned products will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal.
7. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are made in accordance with the "Return and Refund Policy" stated on the Website.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1. Product Warranty
- The seller undertakes that the products it sells are not defective and are within the legal warranty periods.
- In case of product failure within the warranty period, the Buyer must present the warranty certificate and the original invoice along with the product.
8.2. Responsibility
- The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur in the delivery of the products or for problems arising from incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from this Agreement, up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.
10. Entry into force
This Agreement shall enter into force when the Buyer completes his/her order through the Website.
